AHSP Volunteers 2014

To: AHSP Registrants

Welcome to AHSP 

As in past years, we are looking for volunteers to help with REGISTRATION CHECK IN and FIELD ASSISTANTS during the following times:

Friday Aug. 22            10 - 12 noon  (AHSP staff)
                                   12 - 2   (arrangements will be made to get lunch)
                                     2 - 4
                                     4 - 6   (arrangements will be made to get dinner)

Saturday Aug.23         10 - 12 noon  
                                    12 - 2   (arrangements will be made to get lunch)
                                      2 - 4
                                      4 - 6   (arrangements will be made to get dinner)

Volunteers work a 2 hour shift.
Registration Check In Volunteers welcome registrants, hand out registration packets and direct people to their designated camping field.
Field Assistants greet cars arriving from check in, explain field layout and direct attendees to available campsites.

NOTE   If you have signed up for the NRAO Tour, that does conflict with volunteer times on Saturday.

Your help with any of these shifts is greatly appreciated.
