NOVAC Username Registration Form

Sign up for a personal username and password to be used for access to the NOVAC Web site below. You can use this username and password in place of the generic "novac" username and password for all access to the Web site. Some Web site capabilities are available only to those who have completed this registration process. Access to our member forums may take up to sixty minutes to process.

* Your full name (as you would like it to appear on your observing pass):

* Retype email address: (prevents typographical errors)
Numeric portion of your street address: (Example: enter 1234 if your address is 1234 Main Street)
...or... Membership number: (appears under the barcode on your observing pass and membership renewal forms. Enter only the part before the dash, if any. Note that this is NOT the gate combination on the observing pass!)
* ZIP Code:
* Desired username: (3-30 characters; letters, numbers, and underscores are valid)
* Desired password: (6-20 characters; letters, numbers, and underscores are valid)
* Retype desired password: (prevents typographical errors)

Fields denoted with asterisks are required. In addition, you'll need to specify either the numeric portion of your street address or your membership number in order to help the membership management system locate you.

Note: all of the information you provide above will be used only for NOVAC membership recordkeeping and other club administration functions. NOVAC does intend to implement a capability to allow you to elect to easily share contact information with other members. This will be your choice, however; we won't share information without your specific consent.
